In the past year, God has been showing me how complacent I have been in my faith and service for Him. The needs in this world are so great and I am just one person – seemingly so small and insignificant. It is easy to sit back and ignore the problems all around us and simply go on with our comfortable, daily lives. BUT Jesus came to serve. He loved and preached to the poor and the brokenhearted, etc. There IS hardship all over the world - near and far away. We cannot continue to look away and be content with our lives when people all over the world are suffering AND we have opportunities to help them.
I choose to trust and obey. I will follow. I will serve You, my Lord and Saviour.
